When you use the contact form, the name, email address, optional phone number and message you enter are sent by email so your enquiry can be answered. This data is processed only to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or, where no contract is being discussed, (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us) and is kept only as long as needed to deal with the conversation, unless a longer retention is required by law (e.g. for messages that lead to a sale). The form includes a hidden "honeypot" field used only to filter automated spam submissions; it is not used to identify you.
This site is hosted by Spaceship. Like most web hosts, the server automatically records technical access data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp) for security and stability purposes. This is standard hosting-log data and is not used to personally identify visitors.
The homepage embeds videos from TikTok so you can watch recent posts without leaving the site. When a TikTok embed loads, your browser connects directly to TikTok/ByteDance, which may set its own cookies and process data (such as your IP address) according to TikTok's own privacy policy. To reduce this, the embeds on this site only load once you scroll down to that section, rather than on every page load.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Loading a font this way causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which can see that your browser requested that resource (including your IP address), governed by Google's privacy policy.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS and uses standard security headers (including HSTS and a content-security policy) to protect data in transit.
